Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HODLearn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

The HODLearn app has not been released yet. Until it is, “our services” means this website and the launch waitlist; the sections below covering accounts, subscriptions and community features apply once the app is available to you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use HODLearn. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Educational Purpose Only

HODLearn provides educational content about Bitcoin for informational purposes only. Nothing in our app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not financial advisors. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions. Past performance of Bitcoin is not indicative of future results.

HODLearn Points

HODLearn Points are virtual rewards earned through learning activities. HODLearn Points are NOT real Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, or money. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Points are for educational and gamification purposes only and may be modified or reset at our discretion.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Community Guidelines

When using our community features, you agree not to: post spam, hate speech, harassment, or illegal content; impersonate others or spread misinformation; share financial advice or promote specific investments; violate others' privacy or intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban users who violate these guidelines.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Refunds are handled according to App Store policies or on a case-by-case basis for web subscriptions.

Intellectual Property

All content, including lessons, quizzes, graphics, and materials, is owned by HODLearn and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

HODLearn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on our educational content.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
